Lune de Miel - "honeymoon" - is a range of top quality honeys for connoisseurs from each of the recognized floral varieties, such as acacia, lavender or orange blossom. Each variety has its own particular consistency, liquid or set with very fine crystals. The packaging is varied and innovative - uniquely shaped glass jar, traditional cardboard pot, practical flexible container - and available in different sizes (250 g, 500 g, 750 g, 1 kg, single-portion tubs and jars). Types of honey that are not produced in France, or at least not in sufficient quantities, may be imported, such as Orange Blossom from Spain, Acacia from Hungary or Clover from Canada. |

The range of honey sweets
|
- Our range of honey sweets are a delight for young and old alike, in four delicious natural flavours : Honey Pastilles, Honey and Eucalyptus Calypus, Honey and Pine Buds and Honey Lavandines. | ||||
|
Each
Lune de Miel honey has a single source : the flower or living part of the plant from which
the bee gathers pollen and nectar. After careful selection, these have become our
reference flavours.
Our honey is 100% natural, nothing added, nothing taken away. And Bernard Michaud's know-how means that the honey retains all its original flavour. |

They appeal to those who love local flavours and those attached to traditional values. These honeys are selected from the produce of 1700 beekeepers all over France. Over three generations, Bernard Michaud has built up a long-lasting partnership with beekeepers who produce and collect their honey in the true, traditional way. The honeys are naturally liquid or set, depending on the flowers from which they are made. |

This is a range of rare honeys of pure French origin. They are only produced in
small quantities because weather conditions can disrupt or limit collection. Some are
mild, full of fruit, flowers and sunshine, while others are delicate or peppery or fresh
or spicy. But all of them contain the very best that Nature can provide and bring to the
fore the very essence of the place in which they are produced. These honeys are a treat
for the enlightened connoisseur.
The range also contains top quality products made in the old-fashioned way with the recipes of yesteryear: Traditional Pure Honey Spice Bread and Dried Fruit Preserve with Honey.

Bernard Michaud has a range of honeys specially designed for catering operations,
ideal for tastings, breakfasts and teas. But just because they are small packs does not
mean that these are inferior honeys - quite the opposite, in fact. These are honeys from
the "Lune de Miel" range: smooth, delicate Acacia, elegant Orange Blossom,
malty, resinous Forest and Fir, Rosemary from the Mediterranean, light, fondant Clover,
balanced, distinctive Lavender with its scents of the great outdoors.
The range is available in 20/25 g aluminium portions or 30 g glass jars. The jars are arranged in attractively designed display boxes that bring an original touch to buffets and counters.
