LIME BLOSSOM   A fluid honey. with deep yellow highlights. A powerful, fresh scent. Frank and generous in the mouth, with a marked lime-blossom and menthol flavour. A slightly bitter finish.

MOUNTAIN A creamy, caramel coloured set honey. Strongly scented with complex woodland aromas. Powerfully flavoured with a touch of wood and a hint of liquorice Lasting flavour.

FRENCH SET HONEY Golden yellow with a silky crystalline texture. Fine scents of straw and wild flowers Mildly persistent flavour, soft and smooth with floral and grassy notes.
